Accept the first floran quest and use /completequest floran_mission1. After completing the mission and accepting a new one with Esther, use /completequest shiprepair, accept another one and use /completequest outpostclue. Go to the far right and unlock the teleport before heading down the stairs leading to Esther. Use /spawnitem corefragmentore 20 to get the fragments to activate the Gateway and teleport to the outpost. Beam down to the planet and go either left or right until you find the the Gateway (Follow the compass when it appears). At this point you can give yourself any items and upgrades that you want. After finishing/skipping the intro, talk to S.A.I.L. For the main quest, i recommend you to warp to the boss location on your ship after the scan missions, since they are all fun and you won’t need to worry about items while using the console. Joke’s on you, there isn’t any XP in this game.
